LVT flooring requires a smooth sub-floor. Therefore if the subfloor is not completely flat any imperfections will be noticeable when the LVT is fitted. Our estimator will evaluate the floor and if required we will install a self-levelling compound or screed which will level out the floor. This will be incorporated into the quotation.

Yes most LVT is designed to be installed on top of underfloor heating. In each instance your representative from Herts Carpets will confirm the tog rating of each flooring material to ensure that there are no issues.

LVT flooring can be installed in most areas of our clients property, this includes kitchens, utility rooms, living rooms, hallways, bathrooms and bedrooms.
